Statement from Yukos Oil Company in relation to its application to the European Court of Human Rights

Yukos Oil Company confirms that on Wednesday, 13 June 2012, as requested by the European Court of Human Rights, submissions on Just Satisfaction under Article 41 supported by a report were filed.
